The process of you project:
After the 20% deposit has been received you will be given a estimated finish time of the projects end date. If there any changes to the time schedule you will be notified as soon as possible, you will also receive updates as the project moves forward. You are also welcome to ask for any updates along the way.
If you require a change in the project such as changing of colours, symbols etc.. there maybe a delay on your projects estimated finish time and also an extra fee.
When the project is finished you will be emailed pictures of your models and if you are happy with these then you will be asked for the final payment before the project is released to you.
Shipping:
Your parcel will be fully insured/tracked and well packaged for the transit to you, if your parcel is damaged or lost during transit this will not be our responsibility as this would be down to the postal service used.
